Select our facility from the dropdown menu.
You will see a list of available storage units in our storage complex. - Select your preferred unit size by clicking it.
- Your profile must now be completed online by filling out all the required fields.
- To verify your identity, please submit a scanned copy of your ID document.
- You can also load your debit order when you load your profile.
- Please keep your unique profile login safe once you have completed your online profile.
- You will receive a confirmation email or text message once your storage unit is reserved.
- To ensure you have chosen the right unit for your needs, one of our friendly salespeople will contact you with the confirmation details.
- You will receive an invoice for the first payment after confirmation.
- We will include our banking details and a unique reference number with each invoice. When making your payment via EFT, please use these details.
The purpose of self-storage is to declutter your living or working space. If you have a question and the answer is not listed below, please email us at info@floridastorage.co.za or call us on 066 435 0440, and one of our friendly staff will be in touch with you.
Advance payment on bookings can be made on-site via EFT. We prefer cash or direct payments to our bank account. Cheque payments are not accepted. We offer all our customers a free debit order facility for their convenience.
VAT is included in all prices.
There are no additional charges or administration fees. Keeping your account up-to-date also prevents additional monthly charges.
